wished we could have been there for the  REUNION…it would have absolutely been a BLAST! (undeniably
it was/is a BLAST for sure!)

B U T,  21st July 2007 was an eventful day
for all of us, my family… with both important events falling on the same day, my maternal granpa’s side (Wong Loong Reunion) and
my maternal granma’s side (Wedding day of my Cuz ~ Verma Corina Vitales with
her hubby, Ian Geraint Jones!)

we were devoted for Verma&Ian’s wedding ceremony mainly because;

1. it
had been planned for quite some time now;

2. my
parent’s were their witnesses for the beautiful church ceremony;

3. my
BigSis~Roslyn did the church ceremony’s 1st reading; and

4. we
have very very close knit familyties so it’s very much imperative for us to be
there.

Church ceremony was at Sacred Heart’s Cathedral @ 10.30
a.m… was very beautiful! (was so beautiful
that i had tears in my eyes, seeing
Verma walking down the aisle with Uncle Jim a.k.a. Datuk James Vitales giving
her away on behalf of her late father, Uncle Joseph… when they were
exchanging the vows, with my parents side-by-side…and, when Ian lifted
Verma’s veil to ‘kiss the bride’…)
after the Ceremony, we had a simple luncheon at the Parish Centre… a significant
moment for all of us to intermingle around and catch up with all the uncles,
aunties, cousins, far&near relations…

after the luncheon, Verma & Ian dashed to Times the Bookstore @ Warisan
Square for their copies of ‘Harry Porter
and the Deathly Hallows‘ complete with their wedding attire… this was then
featured in the local leading newspapers today (Sunday, 22nd July 2007) in NST
(News Focus: Magical Moments), Daily Express and Borneo Post! with pictures and all!

nightfall was the Wedding Reception held at Langkah Syabas Resort @ 6.30 p.m.

Congratulations to my darling cousin, Verma Corina Vitales and her
hubby, Ian Geraint Jones!

a tranquil evening home sweet home, weather’s good ~ very chilly and damp, my
babies are dreaming of candyland, chocolatefactory & carebears in their own
dreamland and i was chatting the night away with my very old friend, across the
thousands of miles…

i had a ‘beautiful sunday’… my weekend was/is FUNtabulous!
tis week’s Tina (my maid)’s weekend off… i actually do look forward to her
weekends off coz it’s the moment when i have my babies with and for me entirely
24/7, all MINE!!! *ahaks* … other times, she’s ceaselessly at hand helping
and delegating our babies SO i have a penchant to get ‘manja’
with her myself… there can never be another Tina for us! :o)
my ‘beautiful sunday’ was brunch with our darlings, cruised around for some
sightseeing then errands and then, spent the whole mid-afternoon home sweet
home, lazing together as a whole family… wat could be more perfect than tat!
all six of us in our cooling bedroom, my boys were eventful on their ps2, daddy
was sandwiched between the computer, ps2 and his pride&joy…i was with my
darling princess watching disneychannel and eventually dozing off together…
we’ve already spent the whole saturday at the shopping precinct between palm
square and warisan square doing wat we do best… S-H-O-P-P-I-N-G!! LOL!

Life is certainly wat we make of it…
another fave quote of mine… " when
life hands u lemons, make lemonades!" but my darling ol’friend Yon says… "grow lemon trees!!"
hmmm… why, i ask him? he says, so i can make more and more, endless of
lemonades! :o)


wouldn’t it just be exquisite to feel secure enough to come out from behind our
masks and from underneath our labels to toil through conflicts, verbalise the
truth without condition, malevolence or secreted agenda, but through love, with
compassionate, admiration, dedication and fidelity?
is it only ‘wishful thinking’…?
u know wat would be nice?
u know wat would be purr-fect?
u know wat would be my best life?
IF only we are able to do so.
if we only could, this would then demonstrate the spirit of abundance, working
in tandem with each other’s aspirations to honour the intelligence of the
universe.

ah, tat would definitely be my best life…
